Promos Club Privé

What is the "Club Privé" and how to be part of it ?

You are a customer of the Compagnie du Mont Blanc and have purchased a CHAMONIX Le Pass, MONT BLANC Unlimited, Les Houches season or annual pass, or a MONT BLANC Multipass summer 2025 season pass within the past three years — you are automatically part of our Private Club. Promotional sales are available exclusively on our website. Prices are not applicable at the ticket office.

Who can benefit from the Super Promo ?

If you are a customer of the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc and have purchased a CHAMONIX Le Pass, MONT BLANC Unlimited, a Les Houches season or annual pass, or a MONT BLANC Multipass summer 2025 season pass within the past three years, you are automatically part of our Private Club.

I missed the Club Privé promotion, what do I do?

Promotion periods are not extended; you must respect the sales periods (rates are not applicable at the ticket-desks). We regularly send reminders by email. If you do not receive our emails :

Magnetic card - hands-free badge - WTP

What is the magnetic card, hands-free card or WTP?

  • This magnetic or hands-free card is mandatory for purchases.
  • Cette carte magnétique ou support mains libres est obligatoire pour effectuer votre achat.
  • It is charged 3€ and is non-refundable.
  • Elle est facturé 3€. Elle n'est pas remboursable.
  • If you already have one, you can recharge it online or at ticket-desks.
  • Si vous disposez déjà d'un badge mains libres vous pouvez le recharger en ligne sur notre site internet et en caisse merci de noter en majuscule le numéro internet figurant sur votre carte.
  • The internet number on your card should be noted in capital letters.
  • La carte se compose d'une série de : 8 caractères-3 caractères-3 caractères (jamais de lettre O, mais le chiffre 0).

I lost my pass?

You can go to the ticket-desks to declare the loss of your pass. The cost of a hands-free badge, excluding re-printing fees, is €3 + €25 of fees. For questions, customer service is available 7 days a week by phone (04 50 53 22 75) or by email: info@compagniedumontblanc.fr.

My pass has been left in Chamonix and I do not know my WTP number to recharge it online?

What is a WTP number?

  • A WTP number is the number written on your magnetic card.
  • Un numéro WTP, est le numéro qui est inscrit sur votre carte magnétique.
  • It consists of a series of: 8 characters - 3 characters - 3 characters.
  • Il se compose d'une série de : 8 caractères-3 caractères-3 caractères (jamais de lettre O, mais le chiffre 0).
  • Important note: It never uses the letter 'O', but always the number '0'.
  • Each card has its own unique number.
  • Chaque carte possède son propre numéro.

Why is my WTP/Internet number not accepted?

There may be different error messages:

  • "Invalid card number": The letter 'O' does not exist in the system; it is always the number '0'.
  • "Numéro de carte invalide" : la lettre O n'existe pas dans notre système, il s'agit toujours du chiffre 0
  • "This person already has a pass for this period": Your hands-free card already has a pass assigned, which you will find in your basket. You can modify or delete a package by clicking on the "My Basket" icon.
  • "Cette personne a déjà un forfait sur cette période" : votre carte mains-libres a déjà un forfait que vous retrouverez dans votre panier. Il vous est possible de modifier ou supprimer un forfait en cliquant sur l'icône Mon Panier.
  • "Skier already exists": The hands-free card is already linked to another customer account. It is necessary to delete it from the other customer account to add it back to the new customer account.
  • "Skieur déjà existant" : la carte mans-libres est déjà reliée à un autre compte client. Il faudra alors la supprimer du compte client, afin de pouvoit la rajouter dans le nouveau compte client.
  • "Error message: the card (or internet number) is not allowed please check the details entered or contact customer service".
  • Message d'erreur : la carte (ou numéro internet) n'est pas autorisée merci de vérifier votre saisie, veuillez contacter le service client

The card numbers shown on the website, when I make my purchase, are not the same as those in my possession.

Your customer account keeps a history of the hands-free cards used. During your purchase, the number entered must IMPERATIVELY be the one you have in your possession, otherwise your pass will not work. In case of doubt, you can contact customer service, available 7 days a week by phone (04 50 53 22 75) or by email: info@compagniedumontblanc.fr.

Online purchase

I don't have a promo code how do I confirm my purchase ?

When validating your basket, you have the option to benefit from a discount, thanks to a promo code. If you do not have one, please continue your purchase by clicking on CONFIRM MY BASKET.

Where can I get help or support for my purchase ?

Our customer service is available 7 days a week by phone (04 50 53 22 75) or by email info@compagniedumontblanc.fr. Also, during our pass presales (offer reserved for our "Club Privé"), a dedicated desk will be located on the plaza of the Aiguille du Midi (Point I) welcomes you on October 11 - 12 - 13 -14 - 17 & 18 from 13:00 to 17:30.

How does "pay in 3 instalments, without charges" work ?

Our season or annual passes, during our promotional sales periods, can pay in cash, in 3X for free or in 4X for free, in 10 eligible countries (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria)

Note : AMEX and VISA ELECTRON not accepted. Your credit card must expire after February 2025.

What is 3D secure and how does it work ?

The 3D Secure system is an online payment security system, created by the international issuers Visa and MasterCard and implemented in France in 2008. This is a cardholder authentication procedure, to ensure that it is the cardholder who is making the payment on the internet.

How do I get an invoice ?

You can print your invoice from the 'my account' area (MY ORDERS / MY RESERVATIONS tab) and then by clicking on PRINT INVOICE.

I don't receive your emails, why ?

If you do not receive our emails :

This is completely normal. Promotional offers are sent by email with a specific link. If you do not receive our emails :

I'm having a problem logging into 'my account' ?

You are having trouble logging into your account, do you have a customer account on our website? If yes: log in or click on "Forgot your password". If you do not have an account, please create one with a valid email address. The password must contain at least 9 characters which must include numbers and special characters. Our customer service is also available by email info@compagniedumontblanc.fr as well as by phone 04 50 53 22 75.

I lost my password, what do I do ?

Enter your email address and click on "forgot password". You will receive your password in your mailbox within a minute. Remember to check your spam if the email does not arrive.

My email / postal address has changed, what do I do ?

By logging into your account (email & password), you can change all your personal information.

I made my purchase online; can I pick it up at the terminals in resort ?

Yes, by choosing the pick-up onsite option, you will be able to collect your order at one of our pick-up boxes. See pick-up points. Please note that this collection option is not available for special rates.

What payment method can I use when ordering online ?

Payment is made by credit card only (except Amex and Electron) and Chèques Vacances connect.

What type of photo can I use ?

The photo must be recent, in focus and front-facing. The head must be uncovered without any covering (hat, beanie, cap ...) nor sunglasses; like for passports.

What is the area covered by the MONT BLANC Unlimited pass ?

Your pass in brief :

4 EXCURSION SITES + 10 SKI AREAS.

1003 km of piste.

Access to the excursion sites and ski areas of Chamonix Mont-Blanc, Les Houches Saint-Gervais, Megève-Evasion Mont Blanc, Courmayeur and Verbier (subject to conditions).

Attention: Our domains and sites are not connected, except Brévent - Flégère. The purchase of the MONT BLANC Unlimited package allows you to discover all or part of our territory (depending on the duration of your ticket).

4 excursion sites: Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers - Mer de Glace* and Mont-Blanc Tramway.

Ski areas of Chamonix: Brévent-Flégère, Grands Montets (Top is currently closed), Balme - Le Tour - Vallorcine. Ski area of Les Houches - Saint-Gervais, Ski area Evasion Mont Blanc Megève.

Beginner areas: La Vormaine, Les Chosalets, Le Savoy, Plateau 2000 (Planpraz), Plateau de Lognan and Les Planards (subject to commercial agreement).

Courmayeur (Italy) (subject to conditions).

Skyway (Italy) (subject to conditions).

Verbier - 4 Vallées Mont-Fort 3330 (depending on conditions) (Switzerland).

We don't offer annual insurance for sale. Individual policy, one skier insurance or Annual group insurance (3 to 6 people).

The CHAMONIX Le Pass

What is the area covered by the CHAMONIX Le Pass ?

Your pass in brief :

ONE SINGLE PASS, 100% SKIING.

104 km of piste.

The CHAMONIX Le Pass package opens the doors to all the Chamonix ski areas (outside the summit of the Grands Montets) for pleasure skiing on slopes between 1000 and 2765m above sea level.

Attention: Our domains and sites are not connected, except Brévent - Flégère.

The purchase of the CHAMONIX Le Pass package allows you to discover all or part of our territory (depending on the duration of your ticket).

Ski resorts of Chamonix: Brévent-Flégère, Grands Montets (Top currently closed), Balme - Le Tour - Vallorcine.

Beginner areas: La Vormaine, Les Chosalets, Le Savoy, Plateau 2000 (Planpraz), Plateau de Lognan and Les Planards.

MONT BLANC RapidCard subscriber

I am a MONT BLANC RapidCard subscriber and I want to get an annual pass this year ?

You can benefit of the Club Privé promotion, if you bought a MONT BLANC RapidCard subscription between 01/12/2024 and 31/05/2025. You can enter your MONT BLANC RapidCard hands-free card number online when you purchase an annual pass.

NOTE: you will have to cancel your MONT BLANC RapidCard subscription. Cancellation is not automatic. You can cancel your subscription from the 'my account / contacts – my cards area' and then click on CANCEL.

What dates is my season pass valid for ?

Your season pass is valid from the opening of the ski area, until April, 2026 (ski area closure).

Special rates

Who is the duo pack for ?

The duo rate is for 2 adults aged 26 and over. This category of pack is only offered as part of the "Club Privé".

Veteran skipass (80 + years)

We offer day, week, season, and annual packages for people aged 80 and over. Note: purchase to be made at the ticket-desks (except season/annual passes: purchase made online) and you will have to present proof of age (identity card / passport). You can find the information on our site

What is the mountain pro pass price ?

The 2024-25 rate is 334,00 €. You may also get the details from your respective "mountain professional" organisation, that may have received the information instead. Our customer service is also available by email info@compagniedumontblanc.fr as well as by phone 04 50 53 22 75.

What is the family rate ?

For day or week rates, the family rate (more precisely called the "Tribu pack") is composed of 2 adults (15-64 years) + 2 young people (5-14 years). In the case of a single-parent family the family rate can be applied if the family is composed of at least 1 adult and 3 children, one of the children switches to the adult category to be able to benefit from the pack.

Why are the under 5-year-olds (toddlers) passes not available on the Internet ?

The toddler pass is available at the ticket-desks only, upon presentation of proof of age.

Do you have a student package ?

For students there is the MONT BLANC RapidCard option. Online subscription. We do not offer other student rates.

Do you have a package for job seekers ?

We do not have a specific rate for job seekers.
